Hatfield Farm is the ideal place to hold your unforgettable wedding. Situated near the city but in the beauty of the countryside, we offer a wide range of services at reasonable rates, in a relaxed environment. All your wedding needs can be met in one location, while you and your guests enjoy a unique and joyous event.

Sample Wedding Contract

The Ceremony:
Wedding ceremonies can be held outdoors or indoors. Your wedding party & guests are transported via horse-drawn wagon to our wedding venue Fort Clayton. The bride arrives in style in an antique horse drawn carriage. Hatfield Farms is also happy to provide a Justice of the Peace to officiate the wedding ceremony, or you may provide your own Officiant.

The Reception:
Our 5000 square-foot lodge can hold up to 200 people for your reception meal & dance. Your included wedding feast is catered from our on-site professional kitchen. All linens, dishes, cutlery and glassware, as well as all service and cleanup are provided by us. Choose from a wide selection of meal choices, beef, chicken, salmon or vegetarian entrees along with delicious desserts, drinks and appetizers. Personalize your event with your own flowers and wedding cake, while our staff takes care of everything else.

The Party & Dance:
A DJ and sound system are provided for your entertainment. Guests may also enjoy roaring fireplaces, outdoor fire pits, munchies, as well as the many games and activities of the
Rubber Rodeo and Fort Clayton.

Overnight Accommodation:
Overnight accommodation for you and your guests are also available. The Hillbilly Honeymoon Suite is available to the
bride and groom, while individual rooms, bunkhouses, or tenting are available for other guests. A private room in one of our new Cabins is $45 +HST per person, a bunk bed in our open concept Bunkhouse is $35 +HST per person and a Tent Site is $22 +HST per person. Overnight accommodations include a hearty country breakfast. Hatfield Farm also has a Negotiated Rate with the Quality Inn & Suites just 10 minutes from the farm.

Full Payment is required at time of booking for Overnight Accommodations at a wedding . If you need to cancel any time before 30 days prior your arrival date, then you will be refunded your total amount. If you cancel anytime within 30 days, your payment is non-refundable.
